We’re seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join a growing commercial team. This client-facing role combines new business development, account management, and technical insurance expertise.
You’ll inherit a book of business and focus on strengthening client relationships, driving growth, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Manage renewals, negotiations, and policy reviews

Provide tailored commercial insurance advice

Ensure FCA compliance and accurate record keeping

Support and mentor junior team members
Requirements as a Insurance Account Executive:

Proven experience in commercial insurance
*
Strong new business and retention track record
*
Solid market and underwriting knowledge
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Acturis experience desirable
*
CII/ACII qualified or working towards
