The role brings significant scope to influence academic alignment and professional learning across the network. You will work closely with senior leaders and Academic Directors, guiding initiatives that promote curriculum coherence, support staff development and enrich opportunities for pupils to engage across borders. You will also contribute to the design and delivery of programmes and experiences that deepen the connections across our global community and help schools learn from one another in meaningful ways. As a senior representative of WCI, you will travel regularly to schools around the world and build strong, productive relationships rooted in trust, clarity and a shared commitment to excellence. Wellington College is a community that values purposeful leadership, collaboration and a genuine commitment to continual improvement. Joining WCI means contributing to work that reaches far beyond a single campus and supporting a group of schools united by high ambition, shared standards and a belief in the power of global connection to enrich education.
