We’re seeking a Registered Manager to join our close-knit team and lead our home with passion, professionalism, and heart. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference while enjoying the beauty and lifestyle of North Devon.
What You’ll Need
Relevant Qualification – Level 5 Diploma (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care
Registered Manager Status – CQC registration (or eligibility)
Proven Experience – In a similar management or deputy role within elderly care
Leadership Skills – Team management, rota planning, training, and performance support
Regulatory Knowledge – Strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, GDPR, and health & safety
Communication & People Skills – Empathetic, clear communicator with residents, families, and staff
Organised & Proactive – Able to manage time well, solve problems, and stay inspection-ready
Tech-Savvy – Confident with digital care systems and accurate record-keeping
