At Vertu Motors PLC we are looking to recruit a Mobile SMART Repair Technician, to be based across our dealerships in the Edinburgh area. This is a key position which has a major part in achieving our success, by providing a professional 'right first-time repairs' to our customers and dealerships.
We are offering a competitive basic salary with an OTE up to £47,000
This position is to fulfil dealership requirements, and to carry out any scheduled repairs that have been pre-arranged. This role will involve carrying out preparation work, local paintwork, light filling repairs, and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels on vehicles, to name but a few of the tasks.
Responsibilities
* Carry out preparation work, local paintwork, light filling repairs, and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels on vehicles as pre-arranged.
* Maintain a focus on delivering right first-time repairs to customers and dealerships.
Qualifications
* Experienced SMART Repair Technician with relevant qualifications (City & Guilds or NVQ).
* Experience in repair of all makes of vehicles preferred.
* Proficient and accurate, with the ability to work within time constraints and deadlines.
* Ability to work within guidelines ensuring right first-time repairs.
