Your Role as Nursery Manager
As our Nursery Manager, you will:
* Lead and motivate a dedicated early years team
* Ensure outstanding childcare and EYFS-aligned practices
* Drive quality improvement and operational excellence
* Manage budgets, resources, and compliance
* Build strong relationships with families and the local community
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* A Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* A passion for delivering outstanding early years education
