Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our inclusive and vibrant team. This full-time field sales role comes with a salary of £29,033 and many compelling benefits.
Responsibilities
* Deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities.
* Become an expert in the soft drinks category and promote brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
* Interact with customers that typically include a mixture of independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes.
What we’re looking for
* No experience? No problem! We provide full training, plus all the tools and support to get you up to speed. We’re looking for someone who works well with others, loves staying active and thrives in a hands-on role.
* UK driving license or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and living within a 60 minute commute from the role location.
* Influencing and negotiation skills with experience driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact-based conversations.
* Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using digital technologies, such as iPhone and iPad, to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
* Ability to independently manage your workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
* Ability to grow business through digital engagement and using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
* Excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
