About the Nursery The nursery is well established in Leatherhead, with over 20 years of successful operation. The nursery has an excellent reputation for staff retention, supportive management, and a positive working culture. Due to increasing demand, the setting has recently expanded with two newly opened classrooms, making this an exciting opportunity to join a growing and stable team. The Role As a Level 3 Childcare Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality early years care and education in line with the EYFS Framework, supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing within a warm and nurturing environment. This role offers an excellent work–life balance, with a four‑day working week and a fixed day off.
