Role Responsibilities Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Develop accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects, ensuring competitiveness and financial control. Tender Preparation: Create and manage tender documentation, including bills of quantities, to support the procurement process. Contract Administration: Handle contract negotiations, manage obligations, and oversee variations and claims. Financial Reporting: Track project costs, produce forecasts, and deliver regular financial updates to stakeholders. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to reduce exposure. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to meet financial targets. Compliance: Ensure all financial practices adhere to current regulations and industry standards. Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the construction or civil engineering sector.
