At present, the Manchester office has 23 employees, and they have several new commissions including logistics & distribution centres, student accommodation, local transport hubs, retail stores, and student accommodation.
They are seeking an Architectural Technician of an intermediate level to join them. This position will see you work with the Associate Director (Chartered Technologist) who will provide mentoring, and internal training and the practice will also support you with external training too.
For the right projects, you will be able to project manage them whilst working as part of a team on larger-scale projects.
The salary for this Architectural Technician role is between £26K-£32K, depending on experience along with a generous company benefits package including - Membership fees paid, hybrid working arrangement, company pension, discretionary bonus, and more.
