Role & Responsibilities
* Accurately prepare and file tax documents specific to the insurance industry.
* Conduct detailed analyses on Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) and related tax jurisdictions to ensure compliance with current regulations.
* Advise on potential tax impacts related to new products, services, or changes in business structure or strategy.
* Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for tax purposes and provide guidance on tax efficient strategies.
* Stay updated with changes in tax legislation and assess the impact on company operations.
* Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders to communicate tax positions and implications.
Key Skills
* Proven expertise in handling Insurance Premium Taxes and regulatory requirements in the insurance sector.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret tax regulations and apply them correctly in business scenarios.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-specialists.
