Montana Home Care is a leading provider of personalised, high-quality care at home throughout Scotland. We support individuals to maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing in the comfort of their own homes.
We are currently seeking Support Workers who live in the Falkirk area and have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, as the role involves travelling between service users' homes.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to people in their own homes. You'll support individuals with a variety of daily living tasks, including:
Personal care and hygiene
Catheter care
Companionship and emotional support

Shift Options
Full-Time: 7:00am-1:30pm & 3:30pm-9:30pm
Part-Time: Morning or Evening shifts only
Pattern 2: 2-Week Rolling Rota
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Full-Time or Part-Time options available
Bank/Relief Work:
Flexible shifts available. Submit your availability monthly for ad-hoc hours.
You must live in or be able to travel within the following areas:
Driving is essential for this role due to the travel involved between service users' homes. Accredited, paid training - no experience needed

Able to work on a rota basis, including alternate weekends
Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
