Job Description
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Lochgilphead, is currently looking to recruit a HR Business Partner (Dept Support) for as soon as possible until the 31st of March 2026 on a rate of up to £265.60/day (Inside IR35). This role will be hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with developing and planning the delivery of the services provided by the HR and OD team to meet the current and future needs of our customers.
- Participate and support the planning, design and evaluation of change programmes and continuous improvement activities across the organisation.
- Participate and take an active lead when appropriate in the planning, delivery and review of the organisation’s key HR and OD strategies and other related policies and frameworks
- Take a lead role in delivering a professional strategic HR and OD service to allocated customer groups by ensuring provision of the following:
- Coaching managers and stakeholders to assess the capability and capacity of their teams using appropriate diagnostic tools, frameworks and metrics to assess the impact of factors such as behaviour, attitudes, culture, skills, systems, processes, communication and design on their team’s ability to deliver strategic and operational objectives.
