* Experience: 3+ years in international tax (industry or public accounting firm).
* Communication: Strong ability to research complex tax law and translate it into clear, actionable advice for stakeholders.
* Technical Skills: While primarily a direct tax role, a broad eye for indirect and employee tax issues is highly valued.
* Knowledge: Experience with US GAAP/IFRS and the insurance industry is desired
