Responsibilities
1. Champion a culture of excellence and continuous improvement by highlighting inefficiencies and spearheading initiatives to enhance processes and outputs.
2. Lead the execution of the Software Quality and Technology strategy within Battlefield QV, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met by all teams.
3. Own and drive planning, communication and reporting mechanisms for the QV Software Quality & Technology organization.
4. Lead the execution of objectives across multiple disciplines with focus on value for Battlefield and EA.
5. Own and drive risk identification, analysis, and resolution for high priority goals within the Software Quality & Technology organization.
Qualifications
6. 10+ years of proven experience leading execution and delivery of complex software engineering projects in the space of digital entertainment.
7. Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills to report product and project status.
8. Proven expertise in directing project execution with geographically distributed teams, adeptly navigating varied time zones and cultural dynamics.
9. Excel at being autonomous in synergy with the team's leadership mindset and expectations.
