About The Role
The role is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Section, including the management of rosters and timesheets, maintaining accurate system records, and updating databases. This includes opening and closing work orders as required and supporting the administration of the Assessment in The Line process to ensure operational and compliance requirements are met.
The post holder will also undertake a wide range of general office administration duties, maintaining efficient and well organised filing systems with particular attention to confidentiality and safety critical documentation. The role works closely with the Section Manager and provides flexible support to other Section Administrators as directed, contributing to the smooth and effective running of the team.
This is a 9 month Secondment position.
Salary – Circa £25,409
Grade – Band 6 (Role Clarity Contract)
