We are looking for a focused, marketing manager with experience in e-commerce and the hospitality industry who is ready for their next adventure, in a fast paced e-commerce environment. You will be a people’s person with a strong focus on revenue growth for our hospitality clients via omnichannel marketing efforts and client relationship management. A team player who loves working both alone and part of a team in a global environment. You will be happy to work across different time zones in Europe and Americas as well as with many members of the Sabre family and working closely with our key partners. You will also have a strong background in marketing, especially digital marketing. Role and Responsibilities: Establish and maintain a high level of customer engagement at various levels, positioning Sabre Hospitality as an innovative player in the territory Provide regular detailed status and growth activity reporting in customer activities and solutions performance to customers and leadership Work closely with the marketing, implementation, product management, sales, and consulting leaders to ensure activities (including marketing strategies, implementation, and execution) are aligned with the overall growth strategy Proactively consult with your customers on best practices in optimizing user journeys, identify additional revenue opportunities and maximize efficiency through Sabre solutions and omni channel marketing efforts and strategies. Be the voice of your customers by partnering internally with sales and product teams proposing changes in solutions that result in increased efficiency or adoption by your customers Map digital solutions and customer needs to drive differentiated value and optimal performance Skills Project management experience is essential and juggling skills advantageous A good knowledge of the hospitality industry with previous experience working in the industry and a passion for it is required You should have a strategic approach towards your growing customer base and be ready to innovate and create plans for retaining and growing your client base as well as attracting new clients Excellent marketing experience and communication skills are also essential both on an individual and group basis A creative flair with excellent analytical skills in the digital environment and good experience of running digital campaigns, as well as proficient in tools as such as GA4. You should have a great analytical brain and be capable of keeping a track of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR A positive, can-do attitude is needed. We work hard but also enjoy a laugh. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to help out when needed, work on their own and as a team and enjoy new challenges and global projects. Establish and maintain a high level of customer engagement at various levels, positioning Sabre as an innovative player in the territory Provide regular detailed status and activity reporting in customer activities and solutions performance to leadership level Requirements You have at least 5 years experience in ecommerce and hospitality Educated to degree level Strong digital marketing and experience of merchandising/retail/ecommerce You have the ability to work under pressure Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams within a global matrix organization, with strong capabilities to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Professional presence and business acumen with articulate and persuasive oral and written communication skills Critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate potential issues and suggest creative alternatives to overcome barriers High energy and strong work ethic driving the teams and individual goals Experience in working with global teams in different time zones Excellent relationship, conversation, and influence skills Product knowledge and desire to become a go to retail expert for our partners This is a hybrid role requiring 3 offices days in London office.
