Responsibilities
* Act as a standalone subject matter expert (SME) on all TLS based inputs in support of major projects / programmes.
* Plan for and generate project / programme outputs specific to TLS activities and analysis.
* Maintain skills within the Asset Performance / BMT DAS UK capability matrices.
* Own technical case studies / white papers as required by the business.
* Lead bid support throughout the bid management process.
* Mentor and support developing peers.
* Manage and progress personal professional development.
* Engage in TLS related engineering tasks in support of the core Through Life Engineering Solutions (TLES) Business Unit: TLS Management Planning, Supportability Analysis, Modelling, Simulation, Maintenance Engineering, Reliability, Maintainability, and Spares Provisioning / Inventory Management.
Qualifications
* UK National, eligible for SC level security clearance.
* Experience delivering major projects / programmes in engineering, preferably within defence or complex systems.
* Working knowledge of UK Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) environment.
* Understanding of Defence Standard 00-600, DLF, and ASD-STANs.
* Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
* A demonstrated ability to adapt, learn, and thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
