Are you an experienced and effective leader in soft facilities management with a passion for service excellence and positive impact? We are seeking a Head of Campus Services to lead the delivery of outstanding soft facilities management services across a large, vibrant campus. Reporting to the Bursar and playing a key role in operational leadership, you’ll ensure a safe, clean, secure, and customer-focused environment that supports both educational and commercial activities.
The ideal candidate will be a strong collaborator with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. You will demonstrate proven leadership of in-house and contract soft FM services, strong stakeholder engagement, and service delivery success. You will lead a broad portfolio including security, cleaning, catering, logistics, health and safety, and events. Leading a multi-functional in-house team and managing key contractors, you will instill a culture of outstanding customer service and continuous improvement across all services. This is a high-impact role for an experienced FM leader who thrives in complex, purpose-driven environments and takes pride in delivering service excellence that truly makes a difference.
