We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join a highly regarded specialist school based in Wimborne.

Role Details
This is a FULL-time position with an immediate start, supporting students aged 3 to 18 years old.
Working hours are 8.45am to 3.30pm.
You will be working alongside teachers and support staff, helping pupils to engage positively in their learning, build independence and develop confidence inside and outside of the classroom.
What We’re Looking For
• A minimum of 6 months of childcare experience, ideally supporting children with SEN
• A patient, empathetic approach and a genuine passion for making a difference
• The ability to build trusting and supportive relationships with students
• A willingness to work collaboratively within a team
• Due to the location, you must be able to drive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
