About the role
As a Deputy Home Manager, you will ensure that the level of care we provide goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. You will take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence and supervise and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional service that prioritises residents’ wellbeing.
About you
HC-One seeks a candidate with knowledge of National Standards and a background in person‑led care planning within a care home. The ideal individual is bright, positive, and naturally adept at building relationships. You will be a mentor who manages time effectively, maintains accurate records, and communicates with residents and staff in a considerate, kind manner.
