Randstad Education is looking for a SEN Administrator who has the dedication and passion to work at a secondary school. This is a full time role starting ASAP and you will be expected to work from 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday.

12. To represent the school in a professional and welcoming manner
13. Working within the SEN department
14. Ensure reprographics requests are fulfilled on time; Undertake general administrative procedures
15. Provide general advice and guidance to staff, pupils and others
16. Provide general admin support such as photocopying, filing, faxing, e-mailing
17. Assist in completing standard forms and responding to routine correspondence
18. Produce lists/information/data as required, e.g. pupils' data
19. Undertake typing, word processing and other IT based tasks

20. Right to work in the UK is essential
21. Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
22. 2 recent professional references
23. Committed, flexible and enthusiastic
24. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
25. Considerable experience of the schools computerised database, SIMS
26. Good verbal and written communication skills
27. Ability to set and work to agreed targets and work schedules
