VANRATH are delighted to be working with a highly regarded accountancy firm in the Botanic area of Belfast to recruit a Part-Qualified Audit & Accounts professional. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone working towards ACA/ACCA who's looking to broaden their experience across both audit and accounts preparation, while being supported by a friendly and experienced team.
This firm has built an outstanding reputation over the past 35+ years, with a varied and loyal client base ranging from small owner-managed businesses to large international companies. You'll gain exposure to a diverse mix of work in a relaxed, down-to-earth environment where development and work-life balance are genuinely supported.
What will you be doing?
* Assisting in the planning and completion of audit assignments
* Preparing accounts for a range of clients including limited companies and partnerships
* Supporting senior team members with both compliance and advisory work
* Liaising directly with clients and helping to build long-term relationships
* Progressing through exams with full support from an experienced leadership team
What do you need?
* Currently studying ACA or ACCA (or equivalent)
* Experience working in an accountancy practice, ideally with exposure to both audit and accounts
* Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
* Great communication skills and a collaborative approach
* Comfortable using cloud accounting software (Xero, Digitas, QuickBooks etc.)
