Audience Development and Partnerships ManagerDigital Platform / RetailMarketing / Digital MarketingApply## DescriptionAbout [PIAS]:[PIAS] is one of the world’s leading recorded music label groups, championing artists across an unrivalled international network.Founded in 1982 by Kenny Gates and Michel Lambot, [PIAS] operates from headquarters in London and Brussels, with dedicated teams in 15 offices around the globe.Our family of label imprints include Artwork, Crammed Discs, Demain, harmonia mundi, Play It Again Sam, Spinefarm and Source alongside our partner labels such as ATO, Heavenly Recordings, Mute and iconic label catalogues such as F Comm, Talkin’ Loud and Wall Of Sound.PositionTo plan, execute and manage audience development strategy and partnerships for selected [PIAS] repertoire and to provide sound best practice consultation to artists, management, labels and [PIAS] marketing teams, providing audience development and content strategy across spaces such as Creator marketing, direct-to-fan communities, and emerging new platforms and tools, whilst also managing the DSP partnership programmes for a roster of select [PIAS] projects.Key responsibilities will include:* Audience Development strategy. Act as the Audience Development campaign lead on an allocated roster of [PIAS] projects and work closely alongside management and artist to provide best practice, creative fan-building initiatives, content strategy and superfan strategy.* Partner relations. Cultivate and develop relationships with key partners such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube etc to stay on top of new developments and plan partner activations to be woven into wider digital campaigns.* DSP partnerships. Act as the vector between label Marketing teams and the internal Commercial team with regards to key DSPs such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music etc – driving forward DSP-facing comms as well as marketing and partnership opportunities on key campaigns, working closely alongside the UK, international, and US commercial teams.* Drive commercial results through DSP-oriented audience development tactics. Build DSP activations into artist’s digital campaign – Follow to Unlock, Pre-Save/Pre-Add, integrate any social asks from DSPs e.g. liners, ‘thank you’s for playlist adds, etc.* Fanbase building. Establish key channels for artists, work with marketing to refine audience, execute fan acquisition strategies to grow the buzz.* Organic social media. Develop social media content plans / posting schedules, rolling out optimised and bespoke content strategies tailored to individual platforms, overseeing external social media agencies where appropriate.* Creator strategy. Work alongside external Creator & Influencer agencies to plan activations, both as paid marketing channel and as artist content creation ‘earned media’ opportunity as appropriate.* Content generation & Creative Assets. Create and oversee creation and distribution of digital marketing assets, social skins, mailer templates, etc. Ability to create and edit short-form video a major plus.* Reporting & Insights. Work alongside Insights team to track progress of key campaigns with PCAs on priority releases and regular reporting on progress of campaign objectives and growth across key artist channels.Skills and Experience:* Excellent relationships with DSPs* Having worked collaboratively within a team on successful digital music campaigns* Sound understanding of the recorded music market* Tech and music savvy – curious about and aware of latest trends in digital* Record label / music industry experience* Understanding of digital advertising* Experience in Influencer marketing* Ability to shoot and edit short-form video and still imageryPersonal attributes:* Gravitas and integrity* Takes initiative and capitalises on opportunity* Adaptable within a dynamic, changing environment* Personable and good at relationship-building* Organised, efficient and effective* Passionate about music[PIAS] is an equal opportunities employer.
