You will be responsible for the coordination and organization of construction projects, developing and updating schedules, coordination of labour and resources, monitoring of progression of the project. Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules to ensure project are completed on time and within budget. Liaise with the project management team, commercial team and engineering team to create project plans that meet clients expectations and timelines. Monitor progress of the project and identify potential delays and putting corrective procedures in place. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure a materials and resources are delivered on time Visit sites to gauge project progress and update project schedules as required. Provide progress reports to project stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities. Analysis and review of all plans Requirements Bachelor's degree in a construction related field 5 years of experience in construction planning Proficient in P6, Asta and Microsoft Project. Proven track record in Earned Value Methodology Knowledge of NEC contracts. Analytical, problem-solving skills, Preventative action. Good communicator able to liaise across multiple departments Well organised and able to manage workload effectively.
