Community Teacher - Alternative Provision | North Northamptonshire | £30,000 - £40,000 | Full-Time | Permanent
The PWR team is working in close partnership with an alternative education provider in North Northamptonshire who are seeking a Community Teacher to join their dedicated team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a small caseload of up to five students at a time, delivering bespoke teaching and pastoral support in community-based settings-such as students' homes, local venues, or other safe spaces. The aim is to re-engage learners who have faced barriers to accessing mainstream education and help guide them back into a structured learning environment.

What we're looking for:
We're keen to speak to passionate educators with the confidence and creativity to deliver 1:1 or small-group sessions beyond the classroom setting.
Key requirements:
* Teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS) or willingness to work towards one
* Degree or equivalent, with Maths and English at Level 2 or above
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Ability to build rapport and engage hard-to-reach learners
* Knowledge of safeguarding, inclusion and equality in an alternative education context
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience working across the secondary age range
* Experience using online learning platforms (desirable)
* A proactive and adaptable approach to education, with a genuine passion for helping young people succeed
