Job Duties:
* Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional manner
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail
* Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
* Knowledge of office procedures and basic administrative tasks
* Ability to operate office equipment such as a multi-line phone system
* Basic understanding of data entry and record keeping
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional qualifications in Business Administration or related field
* Experience with appointment scheduling software
Working Conditions:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
