Salary and Benefits
Salary between £33,048 and £38,169 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. 45 days annual leave plus bank holidays, teacher's pension, retail and leisure discounts, and professional and personal development opportunities.

UK based contract - must have Right to Work in the UK. Sponsorship is not offered.
About the Role
Teaching, learning, and life skill delivery across Motor Vehicle programmes (Levels 1-3). Planning and developing curriculum, assessment, learner support, classroom management, safety, and professional practice.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, practical teaching across Motor Vehicle programmes (Levels 1-3).
* Plan schemes of work, create differentiated learning activities, and prepare resources that meet awarding body standards.
* Monitor attendance and progress, assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement interventions.
* Maintain a safe and well-managed learning environment, enforce behaviour expectations, conduct risk assessments, and ensure effective use of workshop resources.
* Contribute to course development, marketing, events, and collaborate with stakeholders while upholding safeguarding, EDI, health & safety, and CPD responsibilities.
Qualifications and Skills
* Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject with Level 2 English and maths; current industry experience and up-to-date technical knowledge.
* Ability to deliver engaging teaching across vocational areas and levels, using varied approaches to motivate learners and support achievement.
* Knowledge of assessment practices and industry quality standards, with strong application of health and safety principles in practical environments.
* Strong interpersonal, organisational and teamwork skills; able to manage time effectively and build positive relationships with learners and colleagues.
