Job Summary

Blackthorn manages accident damage repairs to clients' vehicles these are refferals direct from source following their involvement in a road traffic accident across the UK and NI.

Duties

* You are proactive with excellent communication skills
* You're a real people person who can build trust and support across a wide network of areas
* You will have an attention to detail and accuracy in relation to data
* You have planning, organisation and time management skills
* Be able to build relationships and influence outcomes with both internal and external stakeholders
* Good computer skills including the use of Microsoft products and web based client relationship / claims management tools
* Ideally previous experience in customer services / automotive sector / insurance sector is desirable but not essential (we will employ the right person with or without the experience)

Typical duties for a Customer Service Advisor could include

* Understanding the needs of the individual customer (driver involved in a RTA)
* Answering customer enquiries
* Providing information about our services
* Ensuring good customer service for the client
* Making and receiving calls to clients and other professionals
* Making detailed notes
* Liaise with repair network

Skills

- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills for effective team management

- Previous experience in an office management role is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
