What You'll be doing Manage and develop the nightshift team through ongoing coaching and feedback to deliver outstanding results Implement and embed continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site and centrally driven processes Accountable for overseeing van resource allocation, stock inventory, and maintenance to ensure efficient operations Respond to customer demands and volume changes by flexing overnight operational resources to meet targets Ensure compliance with legal and safety frameworks while being accountable for managing recruitment and headcount requirements What makes a great Shift Manager (Nightshift) Leadership experience in managing a team of managers and team members within a unionised environment Proven track record in handling multi-drop delivery and customer final mile delivery operations.
