Boningale Nurseries is a leading supplier of hardy nursery stock to the commercial landscaping sector. Working across our brands, you'll support a diverse customer base ranging from wholesale nurseries and commercial landscapers to private landscaping businesses.
No two days are quite the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, customer interaction and working with multiple systems and product ranges.
We're looking for a proactive and organised Sales Advisor to join our team.
Role Overview
Based at our main nursery in Albrighton, near Wolverhampton, you will join a small, collaborative sales team and report directly to the Head of Commercial Sales.
This is a varied office based role that combines customer service and sales support. You'll work closely with customers and colleagues to ensure enquiries, quotations, orders and tenders are handled efficiently and professionally.
You'll be speaking with existing and prospective customers to provide support, follow up quotations, assist with web orders and help maximise sales opportunities through excellent customer service.
Core Responsibilities
* Following up customer quotations and enquiries
* Assisting customers with placing orders online
* Processing orders and updating customer records
* Raising and managing tender submissions
* Maintaining accurate information within our CRM system
* Using Magento and WinTree to support sales and order processing
* Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
* Working closely with the wider sales team to maximise opportunities
* General sales administration and support duties
What We Are Looking For
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Confident speaking with customers over the telephone
* Strong IT and computer skills, with the confidence to learn and work across multiple systems
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
* Proactively following up quotations and helping convert enquiries into orders
* Previous experience in a sales support, customer service or administrative role preferred

Working Hours
39 hours per week, worked between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Friday.
