Responsibilities:
* Raise accurate and timely shipping documentation taking into account different selling entities and subsequent export and import custom requirements.
* Ensure current packaging, customs, country and customer specific requirements are met
* Monitor all outstanding orders to ensure timely shipment and consolidation achieved
* Manage collection of export shipments by ensuring all documentation entered on 3PL system with calculated commodity split to ensure no delays with shipment.
* Manage home trade shipments and queries to support the wider team.
* Cost shipments individually for freight invoice authorisation and accrual purposes
* Monitor, pick and dispatch samples
* Process returns from arrival to end use, physically and on SAP
Qualifications:
* SAP trained
* Microsoft Office experience
* Knowledge and understanding of Incoterms
* Excellent communication skills
* Conscientious
* Organised
