🕒 Job Type: Full-time / Wednesday - Sunday
We’re excited to announce an opportunity to join our brand-new Car Supermarket, stocking over 1,500 pre-owned vehicles! We’re looking for a highly organised, collaborative, and flexible individual to become a key part of our team.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound email/phone enquiries and direct customers to relevant teams
* Maintain accurate records for parts, service, and sales
* Scan and manage vehicle documents for the sales team and customers
* Process customer documents and transfer V5 ownership on sold vehicles
* Coordinate with the sales team to keep diaries accurate and up to date
* Maintain presentation of customer-facing areas (excluding toilets; liaise with cleaners when needed)
* Load warranties, smartguard policies, and other sales add-ons
* Ensure vehicle data is inputted accurately and completely

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong administrative experience (minimum 2 years required)
🕒 Working Hours
* Wednesday to Sunday
* Wednesday–Saturday: 09:00–18:00 or 12:00–21:00
* Sunday: 10:00–17:00
