You’ll be digging into operational and service-centre data, mapping out full customer and process journeys, and turning numbers into clear, actionable insight for senior leadership. Reporting, dashboarding and performance analysis are a huge part of the role, and you’ll work closely with finance, ops and leadership to highlight what’s working – and where the opportunities are.You’ll be responsible for:Exploring complex operational datasets to surface trends, issues and opportunitiesMapping end-to-end processes and identifying areas for efficiencyBuilding and owning Power BI dashboards used for real-time decision-makingPresenting insight and recommendations to senior stakeholdersMaintaining data quality and consistency across systemsHighlighting data/process gaps and supporting business cases for changeYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCETo be successful, you’ll need:Proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within retail, automotive or manufacturingStrong Power BI capabilitySolid SQL for pulling and interrogating large datasetsAdvanced Excel skillsExperience creating dashboards and visualisationsStrong communication skills, with the ability to translate data for non-technical teamsPython experience is a nice-to-have, not a mustTHE BENEFITSSalary up to £40,000Opportunity to shape the analytics function as it growsDirect exposure to senior decision-makers
