What You'll Do
* Support installers using our smoke control product range – O-Range, Ventec 500, 1000, and 2000 control panels
* Diagnose wiring, signal, and actuator issues remotely or on-site
* Deliver hands-on training sessions for trade partners
* Support the Trade Sales team with technical advice
* Feed field experience back into product improvements
* Travel to customer sites when needed
What You Bring
Background in smoke control, fire systems, or electrical engineering
Confident with wiring diagrams, multimeters, and LED diagnostics
Calm, practical, and customer-focused approach
