In a nutshell
As Senior Product Manager in Supply Chain, you’ll focus on understanding, anticipating, and exceeding customer product needs, creating opportunities to add broad appeal to customers, and championing their long-term vision to support our business strategy. You’ll consider the market context, clearly articulate the business benefits of products, and track effort and value delivery to identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality improvement.
You’ll develop your understanding of the tech landscape and customer expectations using various techniques, leveraging product metrics to prioritize your product roadmap effectively and seeking data and insights for informed decision-making.
This enables us to equip our colleagues with the right tools to power a global supply chain, processing billions of records, predicting, planning, and ensuring smooth operations around the clock. What you need to know
This role focuses on Supply Chain capabilities, leading growth initiatives to achieve group outcomes. You will develop strategic priorities and multi-year roadmaps to drive growth and revenue, while optimizing existing supply chain capabilities.
* Proven experience in digital product management, including both consumer-facing and non-customer-facing products.
* Understanding of engineering build and OTS products.
* Strong knowledge of product discovery, agile methodologies, and software development lifecycle.
* Data-driven mindset with fluency in analytics and technical architecture, capable of translating requirements into product solutions.
* Understanding of web technologies, user interface design, and software development processes.
What you need to do
Product Leadership:
* Own and manage the product roadmap and lifecycle.
* Define and promote the product vision aligned with business goals.
* Lead ML/AI-driven initiatives to meet strategic objectives.
Requirements Engineering:
* Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders.
* Research customer needs and market trends to inform product development.
* Translate strategies into detailed requirements and prototypes.
* Create user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
Backlog & Stakeholder Management:
* Prioritize product backlog for maximum value.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams on priorities and timelines.
Collaboration & Delivery:
* Partner with engineering teams to develop new features.
* Manage product launches and lifecycle success metrics.
Governance & Documentation:
* Maintain data and system governance standards.
* Keep comprehensive product documentation for stakeholders.
