Requirements
* Degree or MSc in a relevant discipline; CEng/CIBSE or IMechE status preferred
* Strong financial awareness and experience managing budgets and targets
* Proven business development and client relationship skills
* Full clean driving license and access to transport
* Demonstrable CPD in building services
