Position Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Position Overview:
The COO is responsible for the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient business processes and driving strategic goals. The COO serves as a bridge between strategy and execution, optimizing the organizational structure, improving operational efficiency, and fostering sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
Coordinate the company's daily operations and ensure efficient collaboration across departments.
Develop and optimize operational processes to improve resource utilization and efficiency.
Monitor project progress to ensure goals are achieved on schedule.
Strategy Execution
Assist the CEO in developing and implementing the company's strategic plan.
Analyze business data and market trends and propose operational improvement plans.
Participate in major company decisions and provide professional operational advice.
Team Management
Lead the mid- and senior-level management team, setting performance goals and assessment mechanisms.
Develop key talent, optimize the organizational structure, and enhance team collaboration.
Establish effective communication mechanisms to ensure smooth cross-departmental coordination.
Finance and Cost Control
Assist in developing the annual budget and resource allocation plan. Monitor operating costs, optimize expense structures, and improve profitability.
Risk Management and Compliance
Identify operational risks and develop response plans.
Ensure the company's operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or other related fields; MBA or a degree from a prestigious international university preferred.
Experience: 15+ years of corporate operations management experience, with at least 3+ years of senior management experience; experience in the internet/tech/finance industry preferred.
