This is a day role Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm with some flexibility around start/finish times to align with goods in/out process. 25 days annual leave plus 8 statutory holidays per year. Manage all warehouse operations in-house and lead relationship and collaboration with external warehouse. Oversee receiving, storage, picking and despatch activities Enforce health and safety standards and ensure compliance across all warehouse areas Ensure efficient and optimized warehouse flows, layout and storage space Lead, support and develop warehouse staff, including scheduling workloads fairly, monitoring performance and providing training Work closely with production, quality, logistics and finance teams Maintain BDE and SAP information systems accurately Ensure warehouse systems reflect real time data for stock levels, consumption and incoming deliveries Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular stock checks and reconciliations Ensure all stock movements and paperwork are accurately recorded Coordinate deliveries with ports and external warehouses Approve quality and quantities of stock received and dispatched Monitor packaging stock levels and coordinate material calls from ports Conduct regular audits to ensure cleanliness, safety and adherence to quality policies Review and support S&OP processes Report on KPIs, analyze data and implement continuous improvement initiatives competent in stock control and inventory management Education/Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing or logistics Strong leadership and people management skills Preferred experience with WMS, ERP or MES Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Problem-solving and organisational skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to travel to external warehouse sites as required Competencies Warehouse layout planning and space optimisation Process improvement and workflow optimisation Strong understanding of stock control and inventory management Leadership and team management skills Ability to prioritise and deliver against set priorities Continuous improvement and high-performance mindset
