We are looking for experienced Care Assistants to join our team in Torry on a 33-hour per week contract.
As a Care Assistant you will be at the forefront of resident engagement, supporting and encouraging meaningful interactions so residents live with purpose and connection. You will participate in person‑centred activities, outings and events and promote lifestyle and wellbeing choices for all residents.
The role is to ensure the highest quality, person‑centred care for all residents – supporting the delivery of each individual care plan. It promotes the independence and choice of residents and ensures their voice is heard through all elements of care and support. The role offers variety and versatility as no two days are the same.
Key elements of care include:
* Assisting with personal care
* Promoting a positive mealtime experience to enhance nutrition and hydration
* Supporting meaningful activities and creating one‑to‑one meaningful moments
Requirements
* Strong values of People, Friendly, Passionate and Inclusion
* Effective communication and teamwork within a multi‑disciplinary team
* SVQ2 qualification and previous experience in the care sector (beneficial but not essential – full training provided)
