Duties for the role of Architectural Technician:
6. Lead on a range of projects from inception through to completion
7. Prepare building regulations packages and submit planning applications
8. Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong client relationships
9. Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved
Requirements for the role of Architectural Technician:
10. Relevant degree within architectural technology or architecture
11. Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
12. Proficient with Revit
13. Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
14. Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
15. Strong technical and design skills
16. Strong attention to detail
17. Excellent communication and organisational skills
