Your role:
* Supporting children aged 0:5 during play, learning and daily routines
* Assisting with activities planned by the permanent team
* Ensuring a safe, caring and stimulating environment
* Engaging positively with children, parents and staff
* Maintaining professionalism in fast:paced settings
You must have:
* Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (CACHE/NCFE/BTEC/EYE)
* A friendly, flexible approach
* A strong understanding of safeguarding
Advantageous experience:
* Autism, ADHD or SEND
* Working with challenging behaviour
