* Broad IT knowledge based on experience in hardware, software, and networking.
* Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems, back office, and application software.
* Experience with collaboration tools such as Office 365 and Teams.
* Knowledge of management software like Active Directory, SCCM, O365, SOTI MobiControl.
* Experience with office and factory devices (e.g., forklift terminals, handheld scanners, (label) printers).
* Preferably experience with service desk methodology like ITIL.
* Strong communication skills in English.
* Valid driving license.
* Willingness to rotate in a stand-by duty and travel to nearby sites.
* Skilled problem-solver with a focus on fast, effective solutions.
* Ability to work accurately and deliver high-quality service.
* Strong organizational, time management, and priority-setting abilities.

Responsibilities:
* Resolve incident and change request tickets, collaborating with team members to broaden expertise.
* Identify, analyze, and resolve IT issues, ensuring clear documentation of actions taken.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external parties involved in resolving issues.
* Analyze recurring incidents and provide insights for improvement.
* Propose and implement improvements and innovations, such as creating scripts or upgrading software/hardware.
* Collaborate with expert colleagues to solve complex issues and expand knowledge.
* Manage resources effectively to enhance the user experience.
* Lead operational and project assignments related to expanding and improving IT services.
