Responsibilities
1. Drive your team to meet targets
2. Train and inspire your team to deliver high-quality food
3. Assist the Head Chef with food ordering, preparation, and stock control
4. Work confidently with a branded menu
5. Manage Chefs and the wider kitchen team effectively
6. Ensure health and hygiene regulations are followed
