Registered Manager (Interim) Supported Accommodation for Young People Location: Enniskillen Pay: £23.32 £25.61 per hour (depending on experience) Hours: Full-time, interim position Service Type: 13-apartment supported accommodation for young people with high levels of need who have been homeless or at risk of homelessness About the Role Were currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee a supported accommodation service for young people aged 1625 with complex needs. Youll lead a team providing high-quality, person-centred support that empowers young people to achieve positive outcomes, develop independence, and transition successfully into stable living. The role involves operational leadership, staff supervision, and service improvement, ensuring compliance with national standards and achieving Good or Outstanding ratings in external inspections. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and support a team of approx. 20 staff (4 direct line reports). Ensure a safe, inclusive, and high-quality service in line with national standards. Promote safeguarding and a culture of continuous improvement. Manage service performance using data and evidence-based outcomes. Oversee recruitment, supervision, and staff development. Manage delegated budgets and resources effectively. Maintain positive relationships with external agencies, commissioners, and regulators. Chair and participate in multi-agency meetings as required. Deliver service development plans and contribute to business growth opportunities. What Were Looking For Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Proven experience managing residential or supported accommodation services. Strong understanding of CQC/Ofsted or Care Inspectorate requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Experience in safeguarding and risk management. Ability to manage budgets and ensure efficient resource use. Flexible approach to working hours, including on-call participation. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Why Apply?
