For paws, fins, and wings – Pets Choice is proud to offer a diverse range of products across a portfolio of much-loved brands such as Webbox, Hownd, Vets Kitchen, Bob Martin, TastyBone and Felight. Our products are available in both UK and International retail and we’re also home to a growing family of DTC stores, giving pet lovers even more ways to treat their furry (or scaly, or feathery) friends.
Reporting to the Digital Controller, the DTC Manager will be responsible for:
Strategy Development: Create and implement DTC strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement. Help transform our DTC foundations so we can successfully grow and expand our operations. This role will please fundamental part in setting our DTC strategy and implementing it.
E-commerce Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of brands e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Customer Experience: Enhance the customer journey by implementing best practices in UX/UI design, customer service, and personalisation.
