This Managed Service Provider are looking for a project coordinator to support their project management team and framework on the delivery of smaller scale implementations and upgrades, resource management and delivery for their customers. The role itself: As an externally facing project coordinator, service and satisfaction from the customer will be centric to everything that you do. You will take responsibility of smaller scale network and infrastructure orientated projects with several moving parts most of which will involve the services team, projects team and field engineers. Supporting the project management team. Working across the service, account management / sales, projects and field teams. Resource management, you will take ownership of the resource management across the field and projects teams to ensure availability, sensible scheduling, and of course happy customers! What about you? You will have a proven track-record of successfully delivering projects within a managed services environment. An ability and willingness to deliver projects effectively with proven experience working across multiple customers and teams. A fundamental understanding of infrastructure and network solutions at a high level. Knowledge of Prince 2 methodologies, process improvement and what a ‘good’ project delivery looks like. Experience with resource management especially with field services teams would be a bonus.
