Actual salary after pro-rata: £14,863 – £17,310; plus 7% pension contribution
Hours of Work: Part time – 0.6 of full-time contract. ie 21 hrs per week (actual hours/days by mutual agreement). We are open to enquiries about termtime only contract.
Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per annum, plus up to 8 bank holidays, pro rata for part-time employees. Holidays must be taken outside of published Essex school term times.
Hybrid and Flexibility: There is some flexibility on working hours and may be occasional options for some WFH. See the detailed job spec on our website for further details.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting general office administration and organisation
* Managing emails and phone enquiries
* Assisting with recruitment administration and team processes
* Helping prepare reports and internal communications
* Coordinating mailings and maintaining records
* Supporting basic Health & Safety administration and office upkeep
We’re looking for someone who:
* Is organised, reliable, and has good attention to detail
* Communicates clearly and works well with others
* Is comfortable using everyday digital tools and or willing to learn
* Takes a positive, flexible approach to their work
* Is happy to support both administrative and practical office tasks
* Previous admin experience is helpful but not essential.
