HARP offers a clear pathway for career progression, from Support Worker to Team Leader. Many staff have lived experience or started as volunteers. We also have central service roles in HR, finance, and fundraising. Whatever your passion, HARP may have a role for you.
Benefits and Support
All employees are enrolled in HARP’s non-contributory Death in Service scheme, with a benefit up to 3x your annual salary.
We provide a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) including a free well-being app for health, financial, and mental health support.
The Blue Light Card offers discounts online and in-store for NHS, emergency services, social care, and armed forces personnel, supporting community engagement through discounts and partnerships.
Staff enjoy 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, with an extra day after 5 years of service (pro-rated for part-time staff).
