Vetro Social Care is seeking experienced Learning Disability Support Workers for an award-winning service near Liswerry. The service supports individuals aged 18 and above with autistic spectrum conditions and complex needs, helping them live independently.
A driver's license is essential for community support activities, such as outings to swimming, trampolining, and bowling, requiring access to your own vehicle.
Overview:
* Title: Adults Learning Disability Support Worker
* Location: Liswerry
* Job Type: Flexible agency work and block bookings
* Shifts: Flexible, including 8, 10, 12-hour shifts; days, nights, and sleep shifts available
* Pay: £13.68/hour (including holiday pay)

The role:
Providing therapeutic care and support to individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and complex needs, including observation, monitoring, and record-keeping. Ensuring dignity, compassion, and honesty while supporting progression towards independence, with a multidisciplinary team.
Candidate requirements:
* Commitment to positive outcomes for adults with learning disabilities
* Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature
* At least 6 months experience in social care
* Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
* Ability to work up to 30 hours per week
* Right to work in the UK
