Contracts Manager
We are recruiting for a Contracts Manager on behalf of a leading consultancy within the residential construction sector.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional looking to join a growing business with genuine progression opportunities. Working closely with senior leadership and major residential developers, you'll play a key role in managing client relationships, supporting commercial performance and helping deliver successful projects.
The role would suit someone from a construction, housebuilding, engineering consultancy or similar background who enjoys building relationships, taking ownership and making a real impact within a business.
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing relationships with key clients and stakeholders
* Reviewing project performance and commercial viability
* Supporting pricing reviews and commercial discussions
* Identifying risks and opportunities across ongoing projects
* Working closely with technical and operational teams
* Monitoring future workload and project pipelines
* Providing commercial insight and support to company directors
You will have the following skills and experience:
* Experience within construction, housebuilding, engineering consultancy or a related sector
* Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
